Ask AI About Us

Description

Ask AI About Us Pro shows your visitors you have nothing to hide. It adds “Ask ChatGPT about us”, “Ask Grok about us” and “Ask Claude about us” buttons to your site: a click opens the assistant in a new tab, in the visitor’s own account, with a question about your whole site already written, its name, its address, whether it is a reliable company and what its customers say. No API key and no running cost: the plugin only prints links, and nothing about the visitor goes through your server.

What Pro adds

These are the features you get by upgrading. Everything in the next section is already yours in the free edition.

• Perplexity, Copilot and Vibe (Mistral) buttons, and the order of the assistants in the row.
• Your own question sent to the assistants, and your own button label.
• Colours, shape, size, light or dark theme, and each assistant’s logo on its button.
• The row anywhere: turn off the row after the footer, place it with the [codefaeries_ask_ai] shortcode or the Ask AI about us block, or open it from a floating button in a bottom corner.
• Click statistics per assistant over the last 7, 30 and 90 days, without any visitor data.

Included from the free edition

Pro contains the free plugin in full. Activating Pro deactivates the free edition if it is installed.

• Buttons for ChatGPT, Grok and Claude, shown as soon as the plugin is activated, and Gemini as an option.
• A question and button labels that follow your site’s language.
• Accessible buttons, reachable with the keyboard and announced with their destination and the new tab they open.
• Works with any theme and wraps on narrow screens.
• Same output on every page, so it works with page caching.
• Loads nothing from a third-party server: no font, icon or script.

Privacy

• Each button is a plain link. The assistant is contacted only by the visitor’s own browser, when they click.
• The click statistics store one counter per day and per assistant. No IP address, cookie or other visitor data is read or stored.

Compatibility

• Requires WordPress 6.0 or later.
• Requires PHP 7.4 or later.
• Without an active licence, your site shows the free edition’s row.

License and activation

After installing the plugin, you will need to enter your license key on the plugin configuration page. This key is provided in your order confirmation email. You can also find it by logging in and visiting the “My Account” page.
