Description

QuickFind Pro is a full admin search for WordPress. One query, typed in the admin bar or opened with Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac), finds your content, admin pages, plugins and settings, and with Pro your users, media, comments, terms and WooCommerce orders and products. It complements WordPress’s native Command Palette rather than replacing it: the palette runs commands, QuickFind searches what is actually on your site.

What Pro adds

• Extra palette sources: users, media, comments and taxonomy terms.
• WooCommerce sources: search orders and products from the palette.
• An Advanced Search page under Tools, searching content, users, media, comments, terms and WooCommerce orders and products with per-source filters, sortable columns, highlighted matches and full pagination.

Included from the free edition

Pro bundles the QuickFind core, so it runs on its own.

• Search posts, pages and custom post types, drafts and scheduled posts included, that you are allowed to edit.
• Jump to any admin menu or submenu page, filtered by your capabilities. Type several words to narrow the list: every word must match.
• Find installed plugins and go straight to each plugin’s settings page.
• Reach core settings screens (administrators only).
• Grouped, keyboard-navigable results that respect user capabilities everywhere.
• Works alongside the native Command Palette: QuickFind switches to Ctrl+Shift+K when the palette is present, so the two never collide.
• Works on phones and tablets, and follows your admin color scheme.
• Choose the sources searched, the post types, the results per group, the minimum query length, the typing delay and the keyboard shortcut.

Compatibility

• Requires WordPress 6.0 or later.
• Requires PHP 7.4 or later.
• WooCommerce sources appear when WooCommerce is active; the rest works on any WordPress site.
• Opt-in, anonymized telemetry, off unless you turn it on.

License and activation

After installing the plugin, you will need to enter your license key on the plugin configuration page. This key is provided in your order confirmation email. You can also find it by logging in and visiting the “My Account” page.
